Vendor Information

If you sell beer related products, home brewing supplies, interesting art pertaining to beer or tasty food that pairs well with beer…we would be delighted to have you at the festival.  Not sure you fit into these categories, give us a call with any questions,  we would love to hear from you.

To be a vendor at the festival, please complete and e-mail or fax the Vendor Registration form.

Exhibit Space Rates: 

• $100 for one 10’ wide by 8’ deep booth
• $75  for each additional booth

Booth Amenities:

• Pipe and drape booth dividers provided
• 1 skirted and clothed table
• 2 chairs

Provisions:

• 2 meal tickets and 2 bottles of water at your booth
• 120v access to electricity is available at no extra charge

Setup

• Friday 8/12- 1pm-5pm
• Saturday 8/13- 8am-12pm   (All exhibitors must be fully setup by 12:15 PM)

Event Time: Saturday August 13, 2011 1:00-5:00 PM

Tear Down: 5-9 PM on Saturday, August 13, 2011
 (All exhibitors must remove all supplies and equipment by 9:00 PM unless prior  arrangements have been made)
